We are so happy to welcome Chef Brendan Donnelly to the Alreddy family! ... Brendan has been working in the kitchen for over 27 years! His journey began in New York where he graduated from The Culinary Institute and went on to work alongside famous Chefs including Chef Bobby Flay at Mesa Grill and Larry Forgionne at Manhattan Prime. He was also chef partner of his own restaurant in Long Island called Captree Cove. From NY he moved onto Florida where he worked as executive Chef for professional NHL team Tampa Bay Lightning, and in banquets at Wyndham Grand on Clearwater beach. When He arrived in Cincinnati in 2020 he was working as banquet chef at the Summit Hotel before he saw the job posting at Alreddy!
